Position Purpose:

Ensure the store he / she is handling is achieving its target of sales, labor and productivity while maintaining the customer service standards up to the company norms.

Job Description:

Business:

·Providing inputs to Area Store Manager on category sales, promotions, customer feedback etc

·Stock Management

·Ensuring that merchandise is available on the shelves and replenishment is done on  a regular basis

Customer:

·Ensuring that all shelf takers are in place for customer convenience and information

·Ensuring that customer service standards are adhered to by the CCA’s

·Ensuring that all customer feedback/requests are captured 

Process:

·Ensure that the VM of the store is as per prescribed guidelines

·Ensure that Plan-o-grams are strictly followed

·Ensure that PICS is done as per schedule

·Ensuring that the hygiene and housekeeping is as per defined standards 

People:

·Conduct training for the team

·Conducting activities towards team building

·Conduct daily briefings for the team

·Planning shifts & breaks in such a manner so as to ensure adequate manpower  on the floor

·Ensure that CCA grooming standards are adhered
